1. Introduction
ASLPTECH ("we," "our," or "us") provides a mobile interface that uses official APIs to interact with cryptocurrency exchanges. We are committed to transparency regarding the data handled during your trading experience.
Architecture Note: As an interface app, we do not operate centralized backend servers. Most data processing occurs locally on your device or directly between your device and the exchange's API.
2. No Data Collection
We believe in absolute privacy. To that end:
- No Account Creation: You do not create an account with us; you use your existing credentials from Yobit.
- No Personal Data: We do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
- No Tracking: We do not use third-party trackers or advertising IDs to monitor your behavior.
3. How Information is Handled
Any information you enter into the app is handled as follows:
- API Keys: If you provide API keys to access your exchange account, these are stored locally on your device using secure encryption (such as iOS Keychain or Android Keystore). They are never transmitted to us.
- Direct Transmission: Data is sent directly from your device to the Yobit API servers. It does not "pass through" any intermediate servers owned by us.
- Local Storage: Your transaction history or portfolio balance displayed in the app is cached locally on your device for performance and is cleared if you delete the app.
4. Blockchain Transparency
Public Ledger Notice: Most blockchain transactions are public. Your wallet address and transaction history are permanently recorded on-chain. While this app does not store this data, it is visible to anyone via blockchain explorers.
5. Data Sharing & Retention
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with regulatory authorities or identity partners as required by the exchange's legal obligations. Per financial regulations, transaction and identity data may be retained by the exchange for 5 to 10 years post-account closure.
6. Your Rights & Security
You retain the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data through the primary exchange service. We implement AES-256 encryption for all locally stored keys and TLS 1.3 for all data in transit to the API.
